About the Speakers
Alyssa Spiel, MBA – Associate Manager, Claims & Product Experience, SC Johnson
Alyssa is an experienced marketing and communications professional who recently started an exciting new chapter in her career. After spending about 10 years in services marketing, she was ready to shift her focus to physical products, with an emphasis on branding—and the goal of working for a large CPG company. It became clear that earning her MBA from the UW’s Wisconsin School of Business was a direct path toward the career she desired, especially with the option to specialize in Brand & Product Management. Alyssa graduated with her MBA in 2022 and recently joined the marketing department at SC Johnson in Milwaukee as an Associate Manager of Brand & Product Experience. She is also a Past President of AMA Madison, having served on the Board of Directors from 2014-2020.
Ema Roloff – Director of North American Property and Casualty Sales, EIS Group
Hailie Rivera is an HR Generalist at Sonic Foundry. She first joined Sonic Foundry and the HR profession almost a year and half ago as a Talent Acquisition Specialist after earning her master’s in organizational leadership from Purdue Fort Wayne. When Hailie joined, her primary focus was sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across all roles at Sonic Foundry. While that is still Hailie’s primary focus in my new role, she also has her hand in onboarding, engagement, recognition, performance, development, and DEI.
Ace Hilliard – Academic Advisor, University of Wisconsin-Madison
Ace Hilliard is an Advisor for Adult Career and Special Student Services in the Division of Continuing Studies at UW-Madison. As a two time UW-Madison grad and lifelong learner, he assists returning adults in understanding what may be the best path of education for them considering their career aspirations and goals.
