There’s only a little over two weeks until our 2019 Annual Conference “Elevate with Authenticity” on Thursday, September 26th at the Park Hotel in beautiful downtown Madison, WI.

We are excited to share a sneak peek of one of our speakers, Nick Myers, who will be presenting “Give Your Brand A Voice by Leveraging the Power of AI, Alexa, and Google Assistant.”

First, here’s a little more about Nick. Nick is the Founder and CEO of RedFox AI in Madison, WI. RedFox AI helps give brands of all shapes and sizes a voice using the power of AI and voice assistant technology. He is also an International Keynote Speaker and Voice-First/AI Evangelist who has spoken across the U.S and internationally on topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence and the future of work to how brands can leverage voice assistant technology.

What do you expect the audience to take away from your presentation, “Give Your Brand A Voice by Leveraging the Power of AI, Alexa, and Google Assistant”?

The goal of this presentation is to get everyone exposed to the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI), provide them with a basic understanding of how it works, and explain what AI has to do with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. By the end of the presentation, attendees will have a solid understanding of how Voice is going to impact marketing, and how they can get started using Voice to get ahead of the curve.

What are the most significant challenges companies face in adapting/leveraging these tools?

Currently, the most substantial challenge with these tools is proving ROI because the technology itself is still so new. Many people in the space are still trying to figure it out in general. With AI, people are under the impression that it is going to eliminate their job, and with Voice marketers, don’t know where to begin or why it matters to their marketing strategy.

What are the biggest opportunity companies have to incorporate these tools into their marketing efforts?

When it comes to Voice, the opportunities are endless. Right away, one of the most considerable benefits is increased discoverability through voice search. If a company currently deals with a large amount of customer service traffic, Voice can be used to automate a large chunk of that. Voice also allows companies to solve easy problems for customers using the simplest tool of all: speaking. For the first time, we have a one-to-one feedback loop with technology that can help us accomplish tasks without us having to learn how to use it.

If you were not engaged in your current career, what would you be doing instead?

Truthfully, I would love nothing more than to be an AI evangelist and travel the world speaking at conferences and events on how AI is going to empower people and ultimately change the world in ways we never thought possible.
