Check out Eagan’s preview of what attendees will experience at the upcoming Craft Marketing presentation.

AMA: Tell us a little about yourself and what Get Found Madison and Caravan Digital do.

Eagan: This is my sixth year running a digital marketing agency. We started out doing SEO and Google Ads for local businesses as Get Found Madison, and we recently launched our new agency brand, Caravan Digital, to serve ecommerce clients. We wanted to market to ecommerce companies in a broader market because we’ve developed strong systems to grow online sales through Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads as well as through Klaviyo email marketing automation.

AMA: Why is “the digital marketing triad” of paid social media, search, and email automation so critical to successful ecommerce marketing?

Eagan: Facebook and Instagram ads help you reach people who’ve never heard of you or sometimes even your products. Google Search and Shopping ads help you capture existing demand for your products. And email marketing helps you increase Lifetime Customer Value (LTV) and increase your profitability on the customers you acquire through your other channels.

AMA: Can you give us a sneak preview of some tactics utilizing “the digital marketing triad” that ecommerce marketers can implement to drive ecommerce sales growth?

Eagan: On the paid social side, I’ll share some winning combinations we’ve found in terms of ad targeting and creative. I’ll also show real case studies of Google ad accounts that brought in new customers and made profits on the first sale. For email, I’ve got case studies of clients who made over $100k in sales on autopilot by setting up some core email automations.

AMA: What is the big takeaway people can expect if they attend the event?

Eagan: They will walk away understanding how these three channels play together and how they can wildly increase their online store’s sales and profits with proven methodologies.
