You may be the event planner\, the administrator\, the membership coordinator AND the marketer. A marketing team? Forget about it. Resources and budgets are thin — even not existent! Your nonprofit’s marketing department may be small\, but you need to think big when it comes to marketing! \nResourcefulness and guerilla marketing are the name of the game and bring the most bang for the buck. Association and nonprofit marketing are rewarding\, especially when you sell out that event\, grow membership or exceed fundraising goals. \nAre you spinning plates? Put them down (carefully) and join Tony to learn five tips that help him and his team succeed when expectations are high\, and budgets are low. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Now \nThanks to Winbound\, our sponsor. \n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\n\n\n\n\nTony Veroeven\, CAE – AMPED Association Management\, Director of Sales & Marketing \nTony Veroeven\, CAE is the Director of Sales and Marketing at AMPED Association Management. Since 2015 he’s specialized in marketing\, strategic partnerships\, membership and client relations\, fundraising\, development\, and engagement. \nIn 2014\, after a 20-year sales career\, he joined the American Marketing Association Madison Chapter. He built upon his sales skills and delved into a modern and traditional marketing mix\, including print\, social\, paid and earned media\, SEO traffic\, and content marketing. Joining AMA helped him immensely in this career transition. \nTony served on the board of AMA Madison from 2014-2022. He was the chapter’s President in the 2020-21 Program Year. \nEarly in his career at AMPED\, he oversaw the successful deployment and management of an association’s online buyer’s guide and community. Under his guidance and leadership\, the site’s sales increased by 141%\, and its traffic nearly quadrupled in three years. Tony has developed and hosted four podcasts and produced another as part of that and other client work. A recent podcast about a niche engineering market reached 12\,000 downloads in just six months. \nHe was recognized as the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives’ “2019 WSAE Visionary Award” winner for outstanding leadership and achievement in association management. \nIn 2022\, he earned the highest credential in association management: the “CAE” or Certified Association Executive. \nTony currently serves as an Associate Director of the National Air Filtration Association and Executive Director of the Wisconsin Tavern League Foundation. \n\n\n\n\nAMA Madison’s ‘Craft Marketing’ Series\n\n\n\n\nCraft Marketing features a local presenter at a different craft brewery\, winery\, or spirits establishment in Madison. You’ll have the chance to learn about a wide range of marketing topics while meeting other industry professionals—all while enjoying spirits and light appetizers! \nThanks to our sponsor\, Winbound\, for curating our speakers and supporting this event. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Venue\n\n\n\n\nCozy atmosphere.
