Building a Better Brand One Relationship at a Time | Sue Fuller

Presentation 12 Session 5

Building a Better Brand One Relationship at a Time

Session Details

We are emerging from a pandemic that has devastated workplaces, the economy and the lives of family and friends. How do we overcome it, renew and move forward?  Find out from Sue Fuller, founder of a 2.5-year-old start-up. Her firm has been sued in Federal Court at three months old, survived two tariff increases and riots outside their brand new office in Hong Kong and now has endured a pandemic.

She'll reveal how professional and personal relationships are the only thing that gets you through. You’ll find out the do's and don'ts of managing through chaos, thriving in the dog-eat-dog world that we live in and how "biting off more than you can chew" can lead to continued success.

What You'll Learn

  • > Impacts of Surviving COVID-19: Top lessons learned from a Dogpreneur and Entrepreneur

  • > How relationships are the key to survival in a post-COVID world

In 2017, Sue found that the combination of being a frequent traveler, a mother of two boys, a pet owner and a regular gym-goer resulted in her carrying three to four bags at a time. They were heavy, didn't function properly and were killing her back. That's what drove her to start The Oliver Thomas — a better bag company, affectionately named after the company’s co-founder, her beloved Shih Tzu. Sue’s worked with brands like Land’ End, L.L Bean, Ralph Lauren, Vera Bradley and Kohls.
