After Covid: Making the Pivot from Teams to Ensembles | Tom Farley
Presentation 10 Session 3
After Covid: Making the Pivot from Teams to Ensembles
Most companies don't see their own employees - at every level - as their primary sales force. When, in fact, employees are an organization's most important brand ambassadors.
Companies need to re-learn how to communicate, both externally and internally, with authenticity.
Make this shift by forming "ensembles" rather than teams. This enables people to communicate in their own voice and in their own style.
Ditch the "elevator speech", and encourage your employees to talk about the organization's brand in ways that are relevant and meaningful THEM.
