AMA: What defines inclusive marketing and how can it impact an organization and its employees?
Inclusive marketing thinks outside of the norms of traditional marketing. Inclusive marketing creates space for all protected classes, underrepresented populations and is accessible to ALL. The impact on an organization will be higher return on investment, lower rates of turnover and improved employee engagement.
AMA: What is your biggest piece of advice for marketers who want to begin prioritizing inclusivity in their marketing?
Determine whether you have inclusive marketing buy-in from leadership. Do you include such statements in your values, your mission and vision statements, and especially in your strategic plans?
AMA: What is the big takeaway people can expect if they attend the event?
